Registering on Grand View

Registering on Grand View is easy! You only need three pieces of information; 1) Your last name, 2) Your Utah Lodge number; 3) Your Member ID (which is printed on the front of your current dues card.)

Steps Using a Mobile Device

  • Step 1: Open a browser on your phone.
  • Step 2: Enter this web address (https://ut.grandview.systems/). This will take you to the landing page. Note, you can also just click the yellow Member Login button in the upper right corner of this website, which will take you right to the Sign In page, in which case, you can skip to step 4.
  • Step 3: In the upper right corner, click on the Sign in button.
  • Step 4: On the Sign In page, click on the Register button in the upper right corner.
  • Step 5: On the Membership Registration page, you need to enter the following information:
    • Lodge Number
    • Your Member ID, which is printed on the front of your current dues card. Exclude leading zeroes. For example, “00012345” should be entered as “12345”.
    • Your Last Name. This field is case sensitive. If your last name is “Smith”, entering “smith”, “SMITH” will not work!
  • Step 6: Once you have entered that information, click on the blue Check Membership Status button. This will confirm if you are a member of the Lodge.
  • Step 7: Enter your email address. This is important! Make sure you enter it correctly.
  • Step 8: Enter a password that you can remember. The password must contain at least 8 characters. It is recommended that you use two or three random words or a short phrase that you can easily remember. DO NOT use passwords that contain your last name, or easily guessed passwords like “password”, “letmein”, “12345678”.
  • Step 9: Click on the Submit button.

At this point, you are now registered on Grandview.

Steps Using a Tablet or Computer

  • Step 1: Open a browser on your computer or tablet.
  • Step 2: Enter this web address (https://ut.grandview.systems/). This will take you to the landing page. Note, you can also just click the yellow Member Login button in the upper right corner of this website, which will take you right to the Sign In page, in which case, you can skip to step 4.
  • Step 3: In the upper right corner, click on the Member Portal link.
  • Step 4: On the Sign In page, click on the Member Registration link in the upper right corner.
  • Step 5: On the Membership Registration page, you need to enter the following information:
    • Lodge Number
    • Your Member ID, which is printed on the front of your current dues card. Exclude leading zeroes. For example, “00012345” should be entered as “12345”.
    • Your Last Name. This field is case sensitive. If your last name is “Smith”, entering “smith”, “SMITH” will not work!
  • Step 6: Once you have entered that information, click on the blue Check Membership Status button. This will confirm if you are a member of the Lodge.
  • Step 7: Enter your email address. This is important! Make sure you enter it correctly.

Install the App!

Once you are registered it is highly recommended that you install the Grand View app on your phone! On both the Sign In and Member Registration pages, you can click on the App link in the upper right corner to get instructions on how to install the Grand View mobile app!
